Profile: You speak Dutch and are fluent in English, with a good working knowledge of French You ideally have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in employment law You hold a Belgian law degree with strong academic results You have excellent legal reasoning skills, a creative mindset and the ability to take initiative You are recognized for your accuracy, rigor, and effective communication skills. You are available, responsive, and enjoy working collaboratively as a team player. Main responsibilities: Advise international and national companies in several areas of employment law, focusing on collective and individual employment law Cooperate with the various foreign CMS law firms and the different CMS Belgium departments, to experience the multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary approach of cases Take ownership of your cases from day one with a satisfying balance of independence and partner’s guidance Assist to client meetings and calls, ensuring a high level of client service and building trusted relationships Represent clients in court, with opportunities to gain hands-on pleading experience.
