Your role
As Delivery Director, you will be responsible for the planning, organisation and management of the EIM unit. You will report directly to the Chief Solution Officer (CSO) and will oversee presales activities, the delivery of solutions and services on time and on budget, the management of product solutions, as well as project and support functions.
Your responsibilities will include
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement the company's vision into operational strategies, driving sales, service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day operations in a transparent manner, ensuring financial optimisation, participating in project management, crisis resolution, compliance with quality standards and HR initiatives for recruitment and retention.
- Establish operational agreements with suppliers and define clear terms with subcontractors while managing commercial risks and supporting strategic decision-making through regular performance monitoring.
Your profile
- Master's degree with 10 years' experience in service delivery management or project management within complex organisations.
- Proven experience in team management and customer relationship management.
- Expertise in EIM consulting, solutions or software development, with knowledge of ICT solutions, software development methodologies, project management frameworks and ITIL.
- Fluency in three languages (Dutch, French and English), leadership qualities, strategic thinking, negotiation skills and the ability to stimulate innovation and talent development.
