Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Clinical Supply Partnering Business Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and solution-oriented to join our Development and Clinical Supply team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.About the roleYou’re going to lead the development of sustainable and agile partnerships across a global network of vendors and suppliers. You will ensure clinical trial needs are met through strategic sourcing, governance, and collaboration, driving operational excellence and innovation in clinical supply.Who you will work withYou will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Legal, Operations, and Quality Assurance. You’ll also engage with external vendors, internal stakeholders across Global Clinical, Development Operations, and Global Medical Affairs, and represent UCB at international forums.What you will doYou will define and implement optimal vendor strategies for clinical trials.You will be responsible for negotiating and managing business agreements.You will manage vendor governance and performance oversight.You will lead cross-functional vendor teams to deliver trial-specific solutions.You will act as the main contact for audits and inspections at vendor sites.You will represent UCB externally and build benchmarking networks.Interested?For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.You bring proven experience in vendor management and clinical supply.You have strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.You demonstrate project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.You are process-oriented, analytical, and thrive in dynamic environments.Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
