Market Supply Integration Lead

We are looking for a **Market Supply Integration Lead** who is **visionary**, **collaborative**, and **self-driven** to join our **Global Supply Chain team**, based at our UCB campus located in Belgium.

**About the role**

You will lead global, cross-regional supply chain integration efforts, driving strategic governance, capability deployment, and operational excellence across 34 affiliates. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you’ll shape the future of supply chain collaboration and performance.

**Who you will work with**

You will partner with senior leaders across Industrial Operations & Informatics (I2I), Patient Impact, and regional supply chain teams in Europe, the US, and Intercontinental regions. You’ll be a key connector across functions, influencing without authority to deliver enterprise-wide transformation.

**What you will do**
- You will lead the design and deployment of global governance frameworks that align supply chain operations across 34 affiliates.
- You will be responsible for driving the transversal rollout of key capabilities like IBP, SIO, budget tracking, and strategic execution.
- You will manage cross-regional collaboration, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and harmonized ways of working across Europe, the US, and Intercontinental regions.
- You will influence senior leaders—often at VP level—across I2I, Patient Impact, and Supply Chain to secure alignment and drive execution.
- You will build and sustain a vibrant community of practice, fostering innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- You will transform data into actionable insights by leading knowledge management and analytics strategies that support performance and risk management.
- You will act as a strategic connector, translating enterprise priorities into scalable, operational capabilities that deliver measurable impact.
- You will represent UCB in external forums, bringing back best practices and insights to strengthen internal capabilities.

**Interested?**

For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

- 15+ years in international supply chain roles, ideally in pharma or complex environments.
- Proven ability to lead by influence and engage with senior stakeholders across functions.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and strategic agility.
- Experience deploying enterprise-wide programs and optimizing operating models.
- Passion for learning, curiosity, and the ability to connect operational detail to strategic vision.
