This role is ideal for a profile that combines an interest in public policy and digital innovation and who can bring expertise in  EU policymaking alongside a solid understanding of today's rapid evolving digital landscape. In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of projects such as : Evaluations of EU and national funding programs and agencies, Regulatory impact assessments, Analysis in research and innovation policy and Technology assessments.You will play a key role in delivering high-impact analytical projects or conducting in-depth analysis of technological transformation trends across the EU and globally. Your work will support and strengthen evidence-based policymaking.Your profileThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing and managing high-quality evaluations of public policies and programs in line with the European Commission's Better Regulation Guidelines. This includes experience in conducting stakeholder consultations, apply robust evaluation methodologies and using data and evidence to inform policy recommendations.They should have a solid understanding with the broader context of policy evaluation in the European Union and be attuned to the latest developments shaping the field.   ·       A minimum of 4 years of experience in public policy evaluationProven experience in one or more of the following fields Preferably:Digital Services Act, Digital Markets Act, AI act, including Online platforms and e-commerceMedia and audiovisual sectorsAI and data economyAdditionally valued:Digital identity InteroperabilityDigital inclusionStrong interest and knowledge in digital technologies, including, but not limited to : AI, cybersecurity, computing, connectivity, electronics, extended reality (XR), Next-Generation Internet etcProject management expertise, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesExcellent analytical skills, with experience in rigorous evaluation methods and draw insightful conclusions from statistical dataExcellent writing  and communication skills, including the ability to write clear, concise reports and deliver engaging presentationsDemonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues from diverse backgroundsPrevious experience in a consultancy firm or professional services environment is preferredIn depth knowledge of EC Better Regulation GuidelinesExperience with Cost Benefit, Cost Effectiveness and Multi Criteria Analysis is a plusYour responsibilitiesManage multiple evaluation projects, ensuring high quality delivery on schedule and within budgetConduct rigorous evaluations of public policies and programs, applying both quantitative and qualitative research methodsWrite clear and concise reports that present findings and recommendations in a compelling and accessible mannerDeliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders, translating complex information in a clear and understandable wayDevelop and maintain strong clients and stakeholders relationships, ensuring satisfaction with our workCoordinate project delivery within the team while providing guidance and coaching to colleaguesSupport business development by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and strengthening the firm's portfolio. If you have the required skills, expertise, and passion for public policy evaluation, and are seeking a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
