**Your new role as a People Analytics Senior Consultant**:

You will be responsible for the evaluation and design of different processes to attract, retain, and promote technical data talent.
You will co-design the organizational structure of the data teams in (large scale) transformations and coach analytics teams on how to align their way of working with business objectives.
You will become a trusted advisor for the client while advising them on best practices and market trends on the people side of analytics.
You will shape, lead and execute data-literacy programs and activities such as facilitating workshops, conducting data-literacy scans, setting-up Analytics Academies.

**What you will need to succeed as a People Analytics Senior Consultant**:

You have at least 4 years of experience in organizational transformation consulting, organization design, leadership alignment, stakeholder management, change management and project management or have experience in creating and scaling analytics initiatives within analytics or digital transformations.
You have an affinity with data-driven decision making and the impact it has on today's way of working and a focus on creating user adoption when implementing analytics solutions.
