Dark Light is specialized in staffing business intelligence & data projects. We work with data driven companies that want to grow in to the next level. For one of our partners we are looking for a **PowerBI consultant.**
- You will join the Human Resources team
- You will create new dashboards with HR indicators: In close collaboration with a senior developer, answer HR client’s needs by creating new People analytics dashboards using data extracts and predefined models.
- You will explain the dashboards to clients, get feedback and integrate their perspectives into dashboards design. Document the way Dashboards are built and should be adapted to future needs to make it sustainable after you’ll have left the team
- You will have to contribute to the yearly employee’s survey: prepare data on targeted population, follow up the process from a to z, collect/consolidate/share results with different stakeholders. Identify room for more efficiency and document the process.

**Profile**
- You have qdvanced skills in Excel with a focus on
- pivot table
- data visualisation
- dashboards design.
- You have experience with PowerQuery is a plus
- You have good skills with PowerBI desktop and you have knowledge of DAX.

**Offer**

- A full time contract for 3 months
