Als Operations Support Engineer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen van onze professionele klanten. Je analyseert problemen, monitort netwerken en systemen en zorgt voor een snelle en duurzame oplossing. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s in België én internationale teams zoals het FSOC in India. Jouw taken: Technische ondersteuning bieden aan B2B-klanten Netwerken en infrastructuur monitoren Incidenten registreren, opvolgen en oplossen Klanten proactief informeren bij storingen Trends en terugkerende problemen analyseren Voorstellen doen voor optimalisatie en innovatie Wie zoeken we? We zoeken iemand die niet alleen technisch sterk is, maar ook verantwoordelijkheid neemt en goed communiceert. Je bent stressbestendig, klantgericht en werkt graag in een team dat altijd voor elkaar klaarstaat. Jij hebt: Een bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring (of CCNA1 via VDAB) Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie Kennis van netwerktechnologieën, systeembeheer of ICT Een vlotte pen in het Nederlands en goede kennis van Engels Basiskennis Frans (of bereidheid om dit bij te schaven) Pluspunten: Ervaring met SOHO/RS-omgevingen Inzicht in netwerkmonitoring en ITIL-processen Wat mag jij verwachten? Shiften zijn onder andere: Vroege: 06:30 – 14:30 Late: 14:30 – 22:30 Nacht: 22:30 – 06:30 Tussenshiften: starten tussen 07:00 en 11:30 Tijdens de eerste maanden werk je vooral dag- en avondshiften.
