Je faciliteert het aanbestedingsproces, de onderhandelingsfase en begeleidt het team (van Deloitte consultants/klantmedewerkers) gaande van uitgavenanalyses over bepalen van technische specificaties en marktanalyses tot de uiteindelijke contractovereenkomst; Je beheert, coacht en controleert Deloitte teams bij meerdere opdrachten in uiteenlopende publieke sectoren en bouwt langdurige relaties op met belangrijke klanten & begrijpt hun behoeften; Je beoordeelt de huidige aankoopprocessen en past effectieve strategische sourcing methodologieën toe en je identificeert mogelijkheden voor kostenreductie; Je stuurt aan, beoordeelt en presenteert klantrapporten en presentaties. Binnen het team: Je maakt deel uit van toekomstige ontwikkelingen van het team en de diensten voor Procurement binnen de publieke sector, wat kan inhouden dat je als coach fungeert of nieuwe voorstellen ontwikkelt voor onze (potentiële) klanten. Je bent goed op de hoogte van de laatste trends & wijzigingen in de wetgeving overheidsopdrachten & bijgevolg ben je een betrouwbare adviseur voor jouw klanten; Mentor en coach je teamleden binnen de service Finance & Operations Risk Transformation (FORT). Bouw een sterke band op met je teamleden tijdens teambuildingactiviteiten en evenementen. Let’s talk about you Je beschikt over een Master in Rechten, Criminologische Wetenschapen, Bedrijfskunde, Economie, Bedrijfswetenschappen, Politieke Wetenschappen, Communicatiewetenschappen, Overheidsmanagement, Bestuurskunde en Publiek Management Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in wetgeving overheidsopdrachten en 6+ jaar relevante werkervaring; ervaring in consulting is een duidelijke troef Je bent een hands-on, resultaatgerichte en kwaliteit gericht persoon met sterke analytische vaardigheden Je hebt uitstekende sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden en je past je snel aan een nieuwe snel veranderende omgeving Een juridische achtergrond of een sterke affiniteit met sourcing & procurement-technologie zijn pluspunten Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Frans is meer dan een pluspunt Je bent een bekwame netwerker die relaties heeft opgebouwd met aankoopprofessionals in andere organisaties, je hebt een Belgisch netwerk
