As Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for management of our OEMs and the Procurement processes. In addition, you will be responsible for all phases of sourcing that require the skills necessary to analyse cost-saving opportunities, create competitive environments, generate and implement contracts to assure seamless availability of all products to support the company objectives. For this position, we are eager to find a highly motivated colleague who loves a fast-paced environment and international contacts. You will report to the Asset director for this role. **WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT** - Support the sourcing and procurement vision and strategy in line with our business strategy, and implement actions to ensure that our goals are achieved - Support negotiation with suppliers, hereby optimizing the total cost of ownership - Develop functional relationships with key suppliers. - Develop a supplier management program with key suppliers including metrics, performance goals and improvement initiatives - Perform annual analyses to evaluate overall cost savings after the implementation of new strategies - Lead procurement process management incl. ISO, PO approval flow,... **THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** - Typically has 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar function - Education : master is a plus - Has an eye for detail - Can work accurately despite strict deadlines - Has good computer skills: MS Office 365 and SAP - Is a team player able to collaborate with people from various backgrounds - Communicates effectively with colleagues - Is fluent in English - spoken, and written, and has a good knowledge of Dutch and French To all recruitment agencies: TCR does not accept agency resumes.
