You will strive to grow various categories to grow the customer's business, in line with the Perrigo strategy and objectives.  Scope of the RoleYou are responsible for translating the commercial strategy and marketing plans into a strong commercial plan for various Retail customers such as Colruyt, Delhaize & Carrefour,... You ensure proper implementation and follow-upYou prepare the annual negotiations and conduct discussions with the various customers within your customer portfolioAs Key Account Manager, you work out a partnership and think along with the customer about his business:o How can you grow categories?o What opportunities are there to realise growth?You are responsible for drawing up and managing the customer budgetYou familiarise yourself thoroughly and quickly with the market and stay up to date with market trends and competitive developments and ensure appropriate response strategiesYou are part of the Commercial department and work closely with colleagues from various departments including Trade Marketing, Supply...Experience RequiredYou have a master's degree supplemented with experience in a KAM functionFirst experience with Food Retail customers and/or knowledge of the pharmaceutical/OTC market is not a must have, but a plusYou see opportunities and know how to translate them into solutions for your customersYou have a win-win mentality and build long-term relationshipsYou like to manage different projects and can work independentlyYou are a team player with focuses on customerYou have strong communication and written skills in Dutch, French and EnglishBenefitsWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
