En tant que Process Analyst HR, vous serez un acteur clé de la digitalisation et de l'amélioration continue des processus RH. Vos principales responsabilités incluront : Analyser, cartographier et optimiser les processus RH existants afin d'améliorer l'efficacité et l'expérience collaborateur. Collaborer avec les équipes RH et IT pour identifier des opportunités de digitalisation et automatisation. Participer à la conception, au déploiement et à l'adoption de nouveaux outils et workflows digitaux. Assurer la documentation et la mise à jour des processus dans le respect des standards internes. Fournir des analyses et des rapports pour soutenir la prise de décision stratégique Vous avez un bachelier (ou équivalent par expérience) ET vous disposez de 5 ans d'expérience en process management, process modelling et process reengineering, et êtes familier avec Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, Value Stream Mapping, RASCI, Turtle diagram ... Esprit analytique, rigoureux et orienté solutions. Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution. Francais et / ou néérlandais ; anglais Une opportunité de contribuer à la transformation digitale des processus RH. Un environnement de travail stimulant et collaboratif.
