The role will be responsible for targeting strategic accounts where they will implement ZB Edges Solutions to fulfil customer and company objectivesHow You'll Create Impact Once ZB and customer have agreed on a project, the Solutions Consultant will be in charge of the project management of the program, ensuring that the Solution built delivers/exceeds Customer and ZB agreed goalsThe Solutions Consultant will work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary hospital teams in order to create value for patients, hospitals and providersOptimize inter-divisional collaboration and patient-centered integration of hospital treatment processes with the goal of improving quality and reducing costsImplementation of the programs, including training / coaching of the clinic staff, advice to the decision makers, moderation of multidisciplinary hospital teams, evaluation of the measuresConstant learning and capture of best practice examples to further develop existing conceptsWhat Makes You Stand Out Change/Project Management experiencePossibly Coaching experienceExperience in Lean Management or Six Sigma is an advantageGood understanding and knowledge of the market in terms of market dynamics, market access, regulations and key decision makersGood presentation and moderation skillsHigh communication-, teamwork- and result-orientationAnalytical skillsAbility to influence others, and through strong organizational skills, handle complexity of large projectsAbility to energize all levels of the organization in hospital accounts to deliver on goals and objectivesYour Background Bachelor or Master’s degree in a healthcare related (Nursing, Physical therapy) or logistics studyFurther education/ Masters in Healthcare or Healthcare economics3-5 years professional experience in the hospital or clinical environmentGood knowledge of hospital workflows and developments in healthcare economicsNative level of French Dutch is nice to have Travel Expectations EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
