Proximus ADA is seeking an AI Solutions consultant with a strong background in technology consulting and a proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, including executives, helping them identifying new opportunities and navigate the strategic and technical aspects of AI adoption. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML systems with great communication skills and a consultative mindset to translate business challenges into scalable, innovative AI solutions.In this role the candidate will have to advise companies on the organizational transformations AI brings along and be able to draw the technical blueprint of an AI solution as well as advise on the organizational impact AI will have on the client’s business. This role is pivotal in shaping our AI practice, driving client success, and positioning our organization as a leader in AI-driven digital transformation. Responsibilities: Create the first draft of AI solutions with customers: Propose AI solutions and architecture to the customers including machine learning models, data pipelines, MLOps frameworks, and integration with existing IT infrastructure. Collaborate with the AI experts to finalize the proposed data & AI architecture and the requirements. Lead AI discovery workshops, AI opportunity mapping sessions, and solution design discussions. Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies, platforms (, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI), and open-source tools. Support pre-sales activities by developing compelling technical proposals, solution blueprints, and presentations. Present technical demonstrations, webinars, and whitepapers to showcase AI capabilities. Contribute to go-to-market strategies and help define AI service offerings. Monitor advancements in AI research, agentic AI, generative AI, classical AI, and responsible AI. Survey the existing AI technologies on the market and be knowledgeable on the latest AI developments per industry. Skills required: Technical skills: Mandatory: Capable to understand the big picture of the existing IT infrastructure and draw a first draft of the data and AI architecture diagram in front of a client. Proficiency in data architecture. Familiar with MLOps. Knowledgeable in ETL/ELT processes. Good knowledge of at least one major cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Nice to have:Familiar with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills: Very strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong consultative and problem-solving abilities. Leadership presence and the ability to influence decision-makers. Profile: Master's degree in computer sciences, Data Sciences, Business Engineering or equivalent work experience. at least 3 years of professional experience in consulting and or Tech. You are tech-savvy. You are at ease talking in public and to clients. You get energized by framing clients’ business challenges and bringing solutions. You have a passion for AI and new technologies. Fluent in English and French and/Dutch (mandatory)
