Marketing Manager – Belgium

We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to take our us to the next level. In this role, you'll craft and execute high-impact marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, generate quality leads, and fuel revenue growth. You'll leverage your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and market research to position our company as a market leader while collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and success.
What you'll be doing
Marketing Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Define and segment target audiences to create personalized, high-converting campaigns.
- Stay ahead of market trends and analyse the competitive landscape to refine strategies.
Brand Positioning & Awareness:
- Elevate our brand presence in the electronic security industry through compelling messaging.
- Design and oversee the creation of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, videos, etc.).
- Manage public relations (PR) and media outreach to enhance brand credibility.
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement:
- Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing).
- Collaborate with sales teams to create data-driven customer acquisition strategies.
- Plan and manage trade shows, webinars, and networking events to expand reach and engagement.
Digital Marketing & Content Excellence:
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, paid ads, and website optimization.
- Drive engagement through content marketing—blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and newsletters.
- Manage email marketing automation to nurture leads and increase conversions.
Customer Experience & Retention:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develop customer loyalty programs and retention strategies to drive long-term engagement.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously refine marketing efforts.
Budgeting & Performance Analytics:
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Track campaign performance with Google Analytics, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), and reporting dashboards.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve marketing effectiveness.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the electronic security industry or B2B technology sector.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics platforms.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and brand-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams.
