Overview PM Group Benelux has a requirement for a Project Controls Manager to oversee this Project in Belgium. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with significant experience of large-scale construction projects and the management of large multi-disciplinary construction teams. Responsibilities Oversee complete project controls framework and team managementDevelop and maintain master construction schedules using Primavera P6Manage cost control processes, budgets, and financial forecastingLead earned value management (EVM) implementation and reportingPrepare executive-level dashboards and progress reportsCoordinate with construction managers, contractors, and client stakeholdersManage change control processes and impact assessmentsOversee risk management and mitigation strategiesEnsure adherence to project KPIs and critical milestonesSupport procurement and contract administration activitiesLead project controls team (2-4 coordinators/analysts) Qualifications 7+ years project controls experience in major construction/infrastructureProven leadership managing project controls teamsAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BIStrong background in data center or mission-critical facility projectsExperience with EVM methodologies and cost management systemsKnowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC) and commercial managementProfessional qualifications (AACE, PMI, APM) preferredData center construction knowledge and industry standardsClient-facing and stakeholder management experienceFluent English; French/Dutch language skills beneficialStrong analytical, communication, and leadership abilitiesAdvanced Excel/financial modeling capabilities
