Met ons innovatieve B2C-platform zetten we technologie in om processen slimmer, sneller en toegankelijker te maken en helpen we mensen betere keuzes te maken.Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Business Analyst die deel wil uitmaken van ons Product team.Jouw rolAls Business Analyst bij Peasy fungeer je als de brug tussen business, product en technologie. Je analyseert gebruikersbehoeften, vertaalt die naar duidelijke productvereisten en ondersteunt de Head of Product bij het vormgeven van nieuwe features en verbeteringen. Met jouw analytisch inzicht help je mee onze digitale platformen schaalbaar en gebruiksvriendelijk te maken.RequirementsWat je gaat doen· Analyseren van gebruikersdata, klantfeedback en marktonderzoek om inzichten te vertalen naar productverbeteringen.· Opstellen van functionele en niet-functionele requirements, user stories en acceptatiecriteria.· Samenwerken met designers, developers en de Head of Product om nieuwe features te definiëren en op te leveren.· Ondersteunen bij het prioriteren van de product backlog en challengen van business requirements.· Opvolgen van releases en meedenken over continue optimalisatie van het platform.· Helpen bij het opstellen van dashboards en rapportages om de productperformantie te monitoren.Jouw profiel· Je hebt een eerste werkervaring als business analyst of in een gelijkaardige functie (idealiter binnen digitale platformen in een B2C-context).· Sterk analytisch vermogen en een gestructureerde manier van werken.· Begrip van productontwikkeling in een agile omgeving (Scrum/Kanban).· Basiskennis van tools zoals Jira, Confluence, Figma of vergelijkbare software is een plus.· Communicatief sterk: je kan complexe zaken helder en eenvoudig uitleggen.· Proactief, nieuwsgierig en gedreven om impact te maken binnen een snelgroeiende scale-up.Benefits· Een sleutelrol in een dynamisch product team, waar jouw analyses direct bijdragen aan de groei van Peasy.· Nauwe samenwerking met de Head of Product en andere ervaren collega’s.· De kans om mee te bouwen aan een innovatief B2C-platform met groot groeipotentieel.· Een stimulerende werkomgeving met ruimte voor eigen initiatief en professionele ontwikkeling.· Competitief salaris en aantrekkelijke voordelenKlaar om impact te maken en samen met ons de toekomst van Peasy te bouwen?
