Zodat ze in alle rust van hun leven kunnen genieten.Dit is jouw topjobBinnen de afdeling Customer Digital Foundations ondersteunt het team engagement technologies diverse strategische initiatieven die bijdragen aan de digitale transformatie van onze organisatie. We werken aan uiteenlopende projecten die zowel technologische vernieuwing als operationele efficiëntie bevorderen. Denk hierbij aan digitale oplossingen zoals MSA en E-sign, maar ook aan het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van ons recent vernieuwde telefonieplatform.We zoeken een projectleider die zich wil engageren in verschillende domeinen en verantwoordelijk is voor: Algemene projectverantwoordelijkheden Kwaliteitsbewaking en coördinatie van testactiviteiten Vertaling van businessbehoeften naar concrete oplossingen in samenwerking met IT Duidelijke communicatie en afstemming met interne en externe stakeholders Opvolging van voortgang en impact van projecten Specifieke domeinen Telefonie Governance en coördinatie van het telefonieplatform Begeleiding van change requests Andere digitale projecten Initiatieven zoals MSA en E-sign Herken je jezelf hierin? Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Je hebt ervaring op het vlak management en/of methodiek (projectmanagement - bedrijfsanalyse). Klanten en resultaten komen altijd op de eerste plaats. Je houdt ervan om problemen op te lossen. Je kan activiteiten coordoneren ( tests, governance,etc…) Je communiceert op een duidelijke manier en kan met de interne en externe stakeholders afstemmen Dynamiek, flexibiliteit en proactiviteit zijn jouw sterke punten. Je legt gemakkelijk contacten en kan vlot communiceren. Behoefteanalyses hebben geen geheimen voor jou. Je hebt een universitair diploma, een hoger niet-universitair diploma of een gelijkwaardige beroepservaring. Dit zijn jouw voordelen Je krijgt een loonpakket met verschillende voordelen.
