Our success can be attributed to the synergy among our complementary entities, combined with our methodologies, which are based on the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and the Scrum agile software development framework. **Job Description**: ARHS Digital is looking for an experienced Program Manager to strengthen the team of one of its clients, a key player in the insurance industry. The team handles all kinds of projects: strategic projects related to the client's digital approach, projects resulting from legal constraints and IT projects with a strong "change management" component where connecting users is key. **Role & Responsibilities** - Delivering projects on time, on target and on budget. - Coordinating internal (and possibly external) resources allocated to the project team; management of scope, timing and cost changes using appropriate procedures and tools. - Definition of the scope and objectives of the project by involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. - Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. - Participating in the drafting of the necessary documentation and communication related to the project by adapting the message and media to the stakeholders. - Managing the relationship between the client and various stakeholders in a collaborative and constructive manner. - Handling processes related to test management, communication to stakeholders & end-users, and handover to operational teams. - Mastering processes related to change management and the deployment of change management approaches within business and other support functions. **Qualifications**: **Your Profile** - Degree in computer science or equivalent by experience. - Good Communication skills in English.
