**Program Manager (IT Improvement Projects)**

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to lead IT improvement projects focused on areas like project delivery, release & change management, and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Primary Tasks**:

- Lead and manage teams effectively.
- Create project timelines and milestones.
- Assign tasks and roles to team members.
- Identify and manage risks and issues.
- Define project scopes and ensure technical alignment between sub-projects.
- Ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
- Manage internal staff and external contractors.
- Proactively suggest technical solutions and innovations.
- Report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Contribute to creating a learning environment for sharing knowledge.
- Manage project budgets.

**Secondary Tasks**:

- Foster positive communication and networks to support project management.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts (technical and non-technical).
- Ensure smooth project operations and define roles for all stakeholders.
- Address feedback and manage deliverable changes from customers.

**Qualifications**

**Non-Technical**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask with mínimal supervision.
- Self-motivated and quick learner.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented.
- Well-organized with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- High accountability and adaptability to change.
- Expertise in stakeholder management.

**Technical**:

- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Program/Project Management.
- Proven track record in Change & Transformation.
- Certified in PRINCE2, PMI, or similar frameworks.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

**Languages**
- Fluent in Dutch & French.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
