Omschrijving vacatureAls Billing Officer bij onze klant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige facturatieproces van de meest complexe klanten. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: • Je verzamelt, controleert en verwerkt alle noodzakelijke gegevens voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie • Je stelt financiële rapporten op en zorgt voor een vlotte maandafsluiting • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe stakeholders • Je denkt proactief mee over procesverbeteringen en automatisering • Je behandelt klachten en non-conformiteiten professioneel en accuraatUw profielJe hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring • Je hebt 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans en Engels • Je hebt een grondige financiële kennis (BTW en relevante wetgeving) • Je bent een kei in Excel en vertrouwd met ERP-systemen (kennis SAP is een pluspunt) • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig • Je communiceert vlot en diplomatisch • Je werkt graag autonoom maar bent ook een teamplayer Aanbod klant• Een uitdagende functie bij de wereldleider in milieu-oplossingen • Een professionele werkomgeving met ruimte voor initiatief • De kans om bij te dragen aan een duurzame toekomst • Een competitief salarispakket met extralegale voordelen Zie jij jezelf als Billing Officer?
