Senior Maintenance Technician

Functieomschrijving

Als Senior Maintenance Technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van een soepele werking van ons warehouse én de kantoren in België. Hierbij zal je een team van 2 junior technicians aansturen om te waarborgen dat onze operaties, inclusief een volledig nieuw geautomatiseerd gedeelte, ten alle tijde kunnen blijven "draaien". Dit doe je samen met onze logistieke operations, het facilities team en andere supporterende divisies.
Je rapporteert in deze rol rechtstreeks aan de senior logistics director Benelux.

Belangrijkste taken & verantwoordelijkheden:
 

Eerstelijnssupport bieden voor het geautomatiseerde warehouse: je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische storingen en problemen met betrekking tot het picking- en packingproces. Je voert snel en efficiënt reparaties uit om de operationele downtime tot een minimum te beperken.
  Technische ondersteuning bieden aan facilities:

je ondersteunt hen met technische kennis om onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de gebouwen en faciliteiten van het warehouse, inclusief elektrische systemen, HVAC, en andere infrastructurele aspecten goed in te schatten en op te volgen.
 

Fungeren als hulplijn voor warehouse operations: je staat klaar om operationele teams te ondersteunen in geval van technische problemen die de dagelijkse activiteiten kunnen verstoren. Je biedt snel en effectief advies en assistentie om operationele stilstand te minimaliseren.
  Aansturen van 2 junior maintenance technicians: je geeft leiding aan het team van 2 junior maintenance technicians en coördineert hun dagelijkse taken en werkzaamheden. Je zorgt voor training en ontwikkeling om hun technische vaardigheden en kennis te verbeteren.
  Zoeken en implementeren van continuous improvement: Je werkt nauw samen met de warehouse manager om continu verbeteringen te identificeren en te implementeren in het maintenanceproces. Je analyseert operationele gegevens en zoekt naar mogelijkheden om de efficiëntie te verhogen, kosten te verlagen en de algehele prestaties te verbeteren.
  Je ben bereid om mee te draaien in een permanentie regeling samen met de andere technicians om te waarborgen dat onze dienstverlening 24/7 kan doorgaan.

Jij beschikt over:

Minimaal een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van elektriciteit Aantoonbare ervaring met het onderhoud en de reparatie van geautomatiseerde warehousesystemen, zoals conveyors, sorters en shuttle systemen Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en het vermogen om onder druk te werken in een snel veranderende omgeving. Leiderschapsvaardigheden en ervaring in het aansturen van een team Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende belanghebbenden binnen de organisatie.
