Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.Job DescriptionProactively activates and leverages personal and professional networks to uncover staffing opportunities aligned with NTT DATA’s service offerings.Drive new business development by proactively identifying and acquiring new clients for staffing services.Expands NTT DATA's footprint within existing staffing frameworks.Identifies and qualifies new staffing leads. Follow these deals up to the conversion into billable engagements making use of NTT DATA CRM tools.Collaborates closely with NTT DATA staffing team who are taking care of the full recruitment process to ensure alignment between client needs and available resources within NTT DATA ecosystem.Develops and executes strategies to generate interest in NTT DATA’s staffing solutions across different verticals and accounts.Participates in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to position NTT DATA as a strategic staffing partner.Works with marketing and business development teams to support campaigns and events that drive staffing sales.Achieves sales targets and contributes to team goals by consistently converting leads into staffing engagements.Here’s what we are looking for in candidatesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in sales within the IT staffing or professional services industry.Strong network with key business stakeholders.Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies to identify and qualify staffing opportunities.Ability to work on several prospecting tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels.Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently while collaborating with internal delivery and recruitment teams.Strong business acumen and ability to understand client challenges and position staffing solutions accordingly.Flexible and able to adapt quickly to short, new missions or urgent deadlines.Bilingual: Dutch or French, and English.What we offerContract of unlimited durationAnnual bonusLunch vouchersForfaitary compensation for professional costsCompany car or Mobility budgetHospitalisation insurance and ambulant care at premium levelGroup and disability insurancePossibility to order a lease bike31 days of holiday plus seniority daysData and voice subscription + contribution for a smartphone deviceContribution for internet at homeContribution for IT equipmentPrivate use of your NTT laptopWorkplace type: Hybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
