Over agile bij Elia Group

We hebben zowel in Brussel als in Berlijn een snelgroeiend team van agile krachten (het Agile Chapter). Zij ondersteunen de organisatie als agile coach en/of Scrum Master binnen de teams om meer samenwerking, vertrouwen, samenhang, betekenis en continu leren te bevorderen. Met dit Agile Chapter wordt Elia Group een lerende organisatie waar flexibele werkmethoden en waarden wijdverspreid zijn. De mensen en de planeet staan centraal in al onze beslissingen. Het Agile Chapter is een Center of Excellence, een vertrouwde adviseur die de organisatie ondersteunt, begeleidt en coacht tijdens deze reis.

We zijn op zoek naar een Sub-Chapter Lead die agile talenten kan aantrekken, ontwikkelen en behouden om Elia Group op een samenhangende en transparante manier te ondersteunen. We verwachten dat een Sub-Chapter Lead de Chapters zal ondersteunen om Elia Group meer agile maturiteit te laten bereiken.

Over de functie

Als Sub-Chapter Lead ben je ook de directe leidinggevende van een team met interne en/of externe leden. Je rapporteert direct aan de Agile Chapter Lead. Als Sub-Chapter Lead, zal je:

De doelstellingen van het Sub-Chapter afstemmen en uitvoeren in overeenstemming met de visie en strategie van het Chapter. Nauw samenwerken als sparringpartner met de Chapter Lead en verschillende stakeholders binnen de organisatie (waaronder product- of projectteams) en externe partners, om de vraag en de capaciteit van het Sub-Chapter te beheren. Leden van het Sub-Chapter aannemen en mee ontwikkelen. Daarbij zal je ook loopbaantrajecten opstellen en zorgen voor de ontwikkeling van hun vaardigheden en prestatiebeoordelingen uitvoeren. Ervoor zorgen dat instrumenten en methodologieën voor beste praktijken worden gedeeld en gestandaardiseerd doorheen het hele Chapter door het faciliteren van kennisdeling, leren en continue verbetering op functionele gebieden van het Sub-Chapter, werkmethoden, talentmanagement, vraagbeheer, enz. De veranderingsinitiatieven uitvoeren die van invloed zijn op de functionele gebieden van het Sub-Chapter. Actief deelnemen aan het bekend maken en verspreiden van het verhaal achter het Chapter via verschillende communicatiekanalen naar alle belangrijke stakeholders. De value proposition KPI's van het Sub-Chapters verzamelen, opvolgen en erover rapporteren.

Als Agile Sub-Chapter Lead, zal je:

De Chapterleden helpen om Elia Group om te vormen tot een lerende organisatie. Ervoor zorgen dat we Sub-Chapterleden aanwerven die de juiste mindset hebben. De helft van je tijd gaat naar het Chapter (je Sub-Chapterleden ondersteunen, werken als Chapterlid en samen aan gemeenschappelijke Chapterdoelstellingen werken). De andere helft van je tijd is voor je rol als agile coach (zie hieronder). Prioriteitsconflicten met stakeholders als gevolg van beschikbaarheid van resources oplossen. Brijdagen bij de convergentie tussen verschillende clusters.

Het goede voorbeeld geven en de belangrijkste leiders van Elia Group beïnvloeden en inspireren.

Jouw profiel

Je leeft volgens de agile waarden en principes. Je bent een agile coach (of wil er een worden) en leidt anderen. Je bent een goede luisteraar. Je hebt sterke vaardigheden in coaching, mentoring, training, counseling en facilitering, en je weet wanneer je welke houding moet aannemen. Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in leiderschap met aantoonbaar succes, door bijvoorbeeld een visie te ontwikkelen, budget te beheren en een team te vormen uit een groep individuen. Je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, houdt ervan het beste in anderen naar boven te brengen, om hen gewaardeerd te laten voelen en hen te doen groeien. Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring met het implementeren van agile technieken en frameworks in verschillende werkculturen en omgevingen. Kennis en ervaring in de energie- en/of nutssector is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Je spreekt vloeiend Engels; aanvullende taalvaardigheden in het Nederlands, Duits of Frans zijn een pluspunt. Je bent bereid om 2-3 dagen per week op locatie te werken en af en toe naar Brussel/Berlijn te reizen (op kwartaalbasis).

Sociaal fonds : Sinterklaas -en eindejaarcheques, premie voor geboorte of huwelijk, en bij de aanschaf van een bril, gebitsprothese of andere soortgelijke behoeften vergoeden we een deel van de kosten. Communicatie : Je ontvangt een iPhone met abonnement (ook voor privégebruik), terugbetaling internet en laptop. PC privé plan : een ter beschikking gesteld budget per 3 jaar voor PC/tablet met software & randapparatuur voor privégebruik. Kortingen : Je geniet 30% korting op je gas- en elektriciteitsrekening. Mobiliteit : We bieden je een bedrijfswagen en openbaar vervoer of mobiliteitsbudget Elia aandelen : Elia biedt je de mogelijkheid om in te schrijven op aandelen met een korting van 16.66% op de gemiddelde koers van het aandeel.
