Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce, technical team management, and Agile methodologies. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of developers and analysts while ensuring the successful execution of Salesforce and CRM-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, a deep understanding of Agile frameworks (including Scrum), and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals (developers, analysts, and consultants), ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring quality and scalability.
  • Act as a technical expert, providing guidance on Salesforce best practices, system architecture, and integrations.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement and promote Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring efficient sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing development processes and methodologies.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce (configuration, customization, integrations, and best practices).
  • Experience managing technical teams (developers, analysts, architects) in an Agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, with the ability to coach and mentor teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required.
  • Immediate availability is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or equivalent).
  • Scrum Master or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
  • Experience in CRM strategy and digital transformation.
