Your responsibilities as application implementation coordinator:  Wyre’s Technology, Strategy & Transformation team is looking for an Application Implementation Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you support the implementation and daily operation of a number of supporting applications within Wyre. These include our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), public website (Drupal), vendor-specific tools hosted on Windows infrastructure, and automation solutions such as Deepomatic. You act as the central point of contact for these applications within Wyre, coordinating with internal users, external software vendors, and infrastructure partners (on-prem or cloud) to ensure stable operations and effective follow-up of changes and support requests. You are the internal contact point for a range of supporting applications and ensure smooth communication between users, software vendors, and infrastructure partners. You help clarify and track application-related requests, changes and incidents, making sure they are followed up correctly. You support the implementation of application updates or improvements by coordinating testing, documentation and internal communication. You contribute to monitoring the stability and basic performance of the applications in cooperation with external parties. You maintain clear documentation and coordinate knowledge sharing and handovers with the relevant stakeholders. You signal recurring issues or improvement opportunities and collaborate with other teams to address them effectively. Our ideal application implementation coordinator: You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and at least 5 years in IT coordination or application support roles. You have a good understanding of IT systems, hosting environments (on-prem and cloud), and application lifecycle management. You communicate clearly and can manage expectations with internal and external partners. You are hands-on, reliable, and able to follow through on actions across multiple parties.
