**Working in the Regional Delivery team
Both fibre and coax are important building blocks of this network and the Regional Delivery Team collaborates on both fronts. We group in this team all activities that require a regional approach or where regional knowledge, expertise or local presence has added value. These include specific relationship management towards local authorities, other utilities and building owners, the creation of a feasible design, site coordination and supervision.

**Your role as Region Manager:
**External stakeholders are your priority You will build strong relationships with the technical departments of local authorities, governments, engineering firms and other utilities. If activities are planned on our network in your region, you make sure that everyone is informed in good time so that the works can go as smoothly as possible. You are our ambassador in your region.

You follow up on incoming synergy requests from external parties and investigate whether these can offer opportunities for our network. This can relate to strategic network expansions, improvement of network quality or certain safety aspects. You take each of these parameters as well as the cost aspect into account to support the decision.

As Region Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end follow-up of specific projects carried out together with other utilities in your region. You will use available reporting and systems for this purpose. You prepare the external meetings with these other utility companies and represent Telenet in the consultations. You monitor that the implementation runs smoothly. After completion of the project, you are responsible for the financial costing, reporting and analysis and make improvement proposals for the future in case of deviations. This input is used to ensure accurate budget preparation.

You actively look for structural improvements and formulate initiatives for this. An improvement that benefits the regional process is elaborated further with the people involved so that it can be implemented.
The organisation of the regional operational consultation within your region is in your hands. You go over the status of the most important files with all internal stakeholders involved, always keeping the project budget, timing and quality under control.
You inform these regional teams about results and thus ensure a connection between the employees in these teams.
