As an integral part of the organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that quality standards are met in every initiative. Our client is looking for a dedicated professional for the role of Initiative Test Lead . The ideal candidate is someone who excels in coordinating, planning, and ensuring seamless communication between different stakeholders, all while maintaining a focus on quality assurance. You develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and initiative test plans. You define test scope and objectives based on change impact and risk assessment, in alignment with the Initiative Owner. You facilitate and coordinate prerequisites for testing (test data, automation, environments). You assign tasks to relevant teams, set priorities, and monitor progress. You manage test results and defects in dashboards (Jira/Xray) and review with stakeholders. You report deviations from the QA strategy and elevate when necessary. You conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. You act as cross-tribe coordinator, managing relationships with Tribe Leads, Product Owners, and partners. You highlight risks, issues, and propose improvements to overall quality. You ensure execution of the initiative test plan meets QA strategy expectations. Requirements You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. You have 5–8 years of experience in QA/Test roles, including 2–3 years as Test Lead or QA Lead in complex environments. You have proven experience in enterprise-level testing coordination and risk-based testing. You possess strong knowledge of test strategy , planning, and risk-based testing. You have experience with Jira/Xray (or similar tools) for defect and dashboard management and documentation sharing via Confluence . You demonstrate the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders in large-scale, complex, and dynamic environments. You are fluent in English and preferably Dutch . Nice to have You may have telecom industry experience. You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and QA metrics. You possess knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright). You may have ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or similar certification (Foundation level minimum).
