**Working on the Roll-out team**:
Ensure the timely end-to-end build-out and roll-out of both HFC and FTTH according to the predetermined milestones.

**Your duties as Service Delivery Manager - FTTH Delivery:
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of the FTTH roll-out partners:

- You form a bridge between FTTH roll-out partners and Telenet.
- You determine in consultation with stakeholders the strategy, roadmap, modus operandi and the most appropriate resources needed for your operational domain.
- You manage a correct execution of the operational activities by the partners by monitoring, analyzing, reporting and adjusting in line with the priorities and (budget, key performance indicators and service level agreements) objectives.
- You identify issues and drive transformation, continuous improvement as well as cost leadership.
- You will build and maintain a strong internal and external partnership with all internal and external stakeholders.

**Our ideal Service Delivery Manager - FTTH Delivery**:

- Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coax), FTTH and telecommunications technology
- Knowledge of financial instruments
- Minimum bilingual: Dutch and French, preferably also English (spoken and written).
- You have excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking combined with a pragmatic approach
- You are customer oriented, strongly communicative and possess project management skills
