Wat ga je doen?
- Order to Cash Goeroe:
- Jij beheert de hele Order to Cash cyclus als een ware expert, van het invoeren van orders tot het ontvangen van betalingen.
- Je analyseert en optimaliseert processen om ze nog efficiënter te maken.
- Je stelt heldere rapportages en analyses op over financiële data en zorgt voor tijdige betalingen.
- Sales Superheld:
- Je ondersteunt het top sales team met administratieve taken en zorgt ervoor dat orders vlekkeloos worden verwerkt.
- Je bereidt offertes voor en volgt sales leads op.
- Je onderhoudt en beheert de klantendatabase en verkoopdocumentatie.
- Klanttevredenheid Specialist:
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze B2B-klanten (ziekenhuizen, labo's, R&D centra, particulieren) zowel telefonisch als per e-mail.
- Je beantwoordt vragen, behandelt klachten en biedt oplossingen aan.
- Je bouwt sterke klantrelaties op door proactieve communicatie en ondersteuning.
Wie ben jij?
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels, andere talen zijn een pluspunt.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte mindset.
- Je bent proactief, nauwkeurig en weet hoe je prioriteiten moet stellen.
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen en MS Office (vooral Excel) is een must.
- Je werkt graag in een teamverband.
