What is the role all about?As a Fashion Order Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of our fashion collections, from order sheet to ready for shipment. You'll be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met while managing relationships with the internal teams and our international Erve Group offices. Your goal? To make sure every collection is delivered on time and at the highest quality standard.
You'll work from our headquarters in Zaventem, just outside Brussels, collaborating closely with our commercial team.
Your eye for detail will ensure that every garment you help produce reflects Erve's standards of excellence.
The ideal candidateWe're looking for someone with a passion for fashion and the operational skills to manage complex orders with a big touch of independency whilst working as a team. Ideally, you are:
- A Bachelor's degree holder in commerce, marketing, business administration, communication or a related field
- Driven to succeed, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple tasks with precision
- Able to create structure in a fast-paced environment
- Naturally skilled at building strong, lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders
- A flexible team player who can take initiative and work independently when needed
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French and/or German is a plus)
