Solliciteren tot en met: 07-06-2024 Verleg grenzen als jurist Het Clinical Trial Center (CTC) staat in voor de coördinatie van alle klinische onderzoeksactiviteiten binnen UZ Leuven. Het CTC biedt integrale ondersteuning aan alle medisch en paramedisch wetenschappelijk patiëntgebonden in vivo onderzoek zodat de uitvoering ervan op een transparante, efficiënte, kwaliteitsvolle en wettelijk correcte wijze kan plaatsvinden. Het juridisch team van het CTC staat in voor de implementatie van wetgeving en de beleidslijnen van UZ Leuven in de overeenkomsten die gesloten worden zowel met betrekking tot klinisch onderzoek in opdracht van de industrie als meer academisch georiënteerde samenwerkingen. Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste jurist binnen het juridisch team van het CTC. Dit betreft een voltijdse tewerkstelling met een contract van onbepaalde duur. Je werkt in daguren. Hoe verleg je grenzen? Je bent dagelijks betrokken bij de diverse juridische aspecten gerelateerd aan het klinisch onderzoek. Je behartigt de belangen van UZ Leuven, haar artsen/onderzoekers en patiënten bij contractonderhandelingen met bedrijven, academische en andere partners. Je neemt in dit kader schriftelijk en mondeling contact op met de bij het project betrokken onderzoekers, jouw CTC collega’s, farmaceutische bedrijven en CRO’s in het Nederlands en/of het Engels. Je werkt je proactief in, in de belangrijkste wetgevende ontwikkelingen met betrekking tot klinisch onderzoek in de ruime zin. Je houdt je kennis van het vakgebied op peil zodat je, bij nieuwe regelgeving, daarover als intern aanspreekpunt kan fungeren. Je werkt mee aan de verdere implementatie en uitbouw van een intern juridisch beleid inzake klinisch onderzoek. Wat heb je daarvoor nodig? Je bezit een master diploma in de rechten. Je hebt interesse in het medisch en/of farmaceutisch recht, en je wordt geboeid door wetenschap in het algemeen en klinisch onderzoek in het bijzonder. Je beschikt over een zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Je bent een teamspeler, flexibel, stressbestendig en nauwkeurig. Je bent diplomatisch, integer en discreet. Je respecteert de deadlines. Je kunt zelfstandig werken. Wat krijg je terug?
