Omschrijving:
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische en projectcoördinatie aspecten van het project
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de beursorganisator (je klant), evenals de exposanten (de klanten van je klant)
  • Je bereidt het technische vloerplan (tekeningen) voor, evenals de materiaal- en laad documenten, en je stelt het gedetailleerde actieplan voor het bouwteam op
  • Je helpt bij het creëren van nieuwe modulaire concepten die op grote schaal kunnen worden gebruikt
  • Je coördineert de acties van de verschillende partijen (je eigen project- en bouwteam, evenals de leveranciers)
  • Je gaat indien nodig ter plaatse voor opvolging en zorgt ervoor dat het project de deadline haalt
  • Je verzorgt administratieve taken zoals bestellingen, offertes en facturatie
Profiel
  • Je bent enthousiast en vol energie, en je schrikt niet terug voor een uitdaging
  • Je hebt technische vaardigheden en een behoorlijke kennis van Autocad (2D/3D) of iets vergelijkbaars
  • Je spreekt en schrijft meerdere talen (Nederlands/Frans/Engels)
  • Je bent bedreven in digitale communicatiekanalen. Je weet hoe je Office 365 moet gebruiken en kunt je aanpassen aan nieuwe digitale tools.
  • Je bent klantgericht en besluitvaardig
  • Je houdt van organiseren, managen en het naleven van deadlines
  • Ervaring in de beurssector is een pluspunt
