MissieAls IT Service & Delivery Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het garanderen van een performante, efficiënte en betrouwbare IT-dienstverlening aan alle interne gebruikers in België. Je coördineert een klein team van 2–3 medewerkers en fungeert als het aanspreekpunt tussen de lokale organisatie en Colas Digital Services(CDS), waarbij je de relatie met interne klanten beheert.Hoofdverantwoordelijkheden Service & Delivery: Waarborgen van de continuïteit, betrouwbaarheid en kwaliteit van de IT-diensten. Prioriteren en opvolgen van incidenten, serviceaanvragen en wijzigingen. Regelmatige aanwezigheid op sites in België om de noden van interne klanten op te volgen. Transparante rapportering en communicatie naar interne stakeholders en CDS. Operationeel beheer: Leiden en coördineren van de dagelijkse activiteiten van het lokale IT-team. Opvolging van leveranciers, contracten en bestellingen van IT-componenten. Voorbereiden en opvolgen van het lokale IT-budget. Implementatie en naleving van interne policies en wettelijke vereisten. Projectmanagement: Coördineren van lokale IT-projecten buiten de scope van CDS. Plannen en opvolgen van deliverables in overleg met interne klanten en Group IT. Identificeren en analyseren van gebruikersbehoeften en vertalen naar praktische oplossingen. People Management: Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van een klein team. Zorgen voor een efficiënte taakverdeling en ontwikkeling van teamleden. Toezien op de kwaliteit, efficiëntie en professionaliteit van het teamwerk. Stimuleren van opleiding, training en persoonlijke ontwikkeling van teamleden. Samenwerking & Partnership: Fungeren als aanspreekpunt en partner voor CDS en andere interne/externe stakeholders. Actief bijdragen aan cross-functionele samenwerking en kennisdeling. Functievereisten/Competenties Bachelor of Master in Informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een IT-service- of deliveryfunctie met leidinggevende aspecten. Sterke vaardigheden in prioriteiten stellen, communicatie en interne klantgerichtheid. Ervaring in people management en talentontwikkeling. Goede kennis van IT-serviceprocessen, leveranciersbeheer en projectcoördinatie. Talenkennis: vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, goede kennis van het Engels. Bereidheid tot regelmatige verplaatsingen binnen België. IT Kennis Kennis van Windows (client & server) en Active Directory. Ervaring met Microsoft 365 en bijbehorende collaboration tools. Basiskennis van IT-infrastructuur (netwerken, hardware, printers, mobile devices). Ervaring met IT Service Management-processen.
