Our client is looking for a service provider to provide IT support. The main task is to ensure the whole company’s IT stack runs smoothly. To monitor and maintain the company’s computer systems, installing, and configuring software, and solving technical issues as they arise.
Increase security of the IT setup throughout the organisation
Optimise the efficiency of the IT setup throughout the organisation
Provide technical IT support when needed
Audit & optimise the client's security setup
Perform IT administrative work when needed
Information Security Management - Expert Level
Travels to support the execution of this SoW (up to 0% of the time) - fully remote
