Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle déterminant dans la croissance des ventes et la satisfaction exceptionnelle des clients.
Votre rôle
Guider les clients tout au long du processus de vente, en leur fournissant des conseils d'expert sur les produits, les options de financement, les assurances et les accessoires et les transformations spécifiques. Jouer un rôle clé dans le lancement du centre Toyota LCV à partir de Toyota City et contribuer à la croissance de notre activité LCV. Identifier et rechercher quotidiennement de nouveaux clients potentiels pour les flottes, afin d'étendre notre présence sur le marché. Entretenir et suivre les clients existants afin de favoriser les relations à long terme et d'assurer leur satisfaction. Créer des propositions commerciales convaincantes, y compris des produits et des offres financières. Exploiter les données financières et techniques spécifiques pour améliorer le processus de vente et atteindre les objectifs.Votre expérience
Vous devez absolument avoir :
Vous avez une expérience confirmée en tant que responsable des ventes de véhicules utilitaires légers/flottes. Vous comprenez la complexité de ce processus de vente. Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en néerlandais, en français et en anglais professionnel. Vous avez l'habitude de fournir un service à la clientèle de haute qualité dans CE domaine. Capacité à fixer et à atteindre des objectifs de vente. Vous serez le moteur de la performance des ventes et de la croissance de l'entreprise. Vous êtes capable d'organiser et de hiérarchiser les tâches de manière efficace. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les données financières dans le cadre du processus de vente.C'est un atout :
Forte attitude commerciale avec des compétences proactives en matière de vente et de prospection. Capacité à prendre des initiatives et à travailler de manière indépendante. Solides capacités de communication et d'administration. Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée en tant que vendeur de véhicules utilitaires légers/fleet. Vous comprenez la complexité de ce processus de vente et vous êtes à l'aise avec les adaptations spécifiques à ces véhicules.Nous offrons
