Remarkable people, trusted by clients to design and advance the world.Wood is recruiting for a Senior Project Assistant to join its Projects – Process and Chemical Team, focusing on engineering, procurement and construction of complex plants in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy industries. The position will be based in Antwerp. The Role You will be part of the General Administration Team and your main task will be to manage and confirm adherence to the company policies and procedures used to manage the office infrastructure and resources, and to assign and monitor administrative responsibilities and tasks to ensure maximum efficiency to support our projects. It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 years of proven experience in the role Basic knowledge of standard accounting procedures, company policies and procedures, purchasing and receiving procedures, timekeeping procedures and office administration required. Knowledge of training and supervisory techniques Experience with social compliance is a plus Knowledge of MS Office mandatory, Oracle is a plus Personal Attributes: Self-motivation, a proactive outlook and good communication skills Problem analysis and assessment Work and time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Strong teamwork, problem solving, organizational and communication skills are essential.
