Job Summary Je staat in voor het veilig, kwalitatief en efficiënt uitvoeren van geplande automatisatie onderhoudstaken en storingen en het registreren en rapporteren van de uitgevoerde taken. Wij gebruiken hier de volgende systemen: PLC: Omron, B&R, Siemens, Allen-Bradley; Robot/COBOT : ABB, Stäubli, en AGV's, AMR'sJob Responsibilities Wat ga je doen? Technisch correct en veilig uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan machines en automatiseringssystemen. Werken volgens vaste instructies en aanbevelingen binnen de taakplannen. Snel en efficiënt oplossen van urgente (ongeplande) automatisatiestoringen. Tijdig signaleren van mogelijke verbeteringen en dit melden aan je leidinggevende. Zorgvuldig aan- en afmelden van werkvergunningen. Communiceren over de beschikbaarheid van installaties na interventies met de productieafdeling. Feedback geven aan Productie, Maintenance Teamleider en Maintenance Planner over het uitgevoerde werk. Correct en tijdig afmelden van werkorders, inclusief volledige terugmelding van gebruikte materialen en foutcodes. Actief deelnemen aan Tool Box Meetings en bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving. Profile Description Je hebt een technische opleiding en ervaring met industriële automatiseringssystemen. PLC-kennis, kennis van visie is een plus Kennis van PC (SAP-onderhoud module en intern gebruikte pc-toepassingen) Grondige kennis van e-plan lezen en tekenen. Je bent proactief en houdt ervan om storingen snel en efficiënt op te lossen. Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en een scherp oog voor mogelijke verbeteringen. Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
