Binnen de divisie 'Digitalization, IT & Innovation' (Division D) hebben we onlangs een productieorganisatie als nieuw bedrijfsmodel geïmplementeerd om onze klassieke projectgerichte manier van werken aan te vullen. Division D biedt een aantal Chapters gespecialiseerd in expertisedomeinen aan, met als hoofddoel hooggekwalificeerde middelen aan te bieden voor verschillende projecten en producten. Een van deze Chapters is het Quality Assurance Chapter waarin profielen, zoals QA Engineers, Automation Test Engineers, QA Analysts en Performance Test Engineers worden samengebracht om ervoor te zorgen dat de "best practices" in de hele organisatie worden vastgesteld en nageleefd. De aangeboden diensten omvatten testplanning & design, testuitvoering & -rapportering, testautomatisering.
We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren IT Quality Assurance Coordinator die een team van externe consultants zal coördineren, aanwerven, ontwikkelen, en begeleiden om de knowhow te versterken, de best practices te rationaliseren en de implementatie van robuuste testprocessen te garanderen.
Jouw taken:
Definiëren van een coherente visie, strategie en budget voor het Chapter in lijn met de strategische doelstellingen van Elia Group en afgestemd met andere Chapter Leads; Definiëren van QA-standaarden, teststrategieën, -kaders en methodologieën; Toezien op de testplanning en de uitvoering van de processen, analyseren van testresultaten, verbeteringsdomeinen identificeren, en meewerken aan de algemene ontwikkeling van de levenscyclus, om aan de kwaliteitsstandaarden te beantwoorden; Ervoor zorgen dat de "best practices", tools en methodologieën worden gedeeld en gestandaardiseerd binnen het Chapter door het delen van kennis, het leren en de continue verbetering in een ruime waaier van expertisedomeinen te faciliteren; Sterke relaties ontwikkelen en onderhouden met belangrijke stakeholders binnen de productorganisatie, waaronder de product- of projectteams, senior managers, en externe partners om de strategische prioriteiten te bepalen; Aansturen van de veranderingsinitiatieven die een impact hebben op de functionele domeinen van het Chapter; Verzamelen, bijhouden en rapporteren van de KPI's van het Chapter; Coördineren, werven, ontwikkelen, motiveren en coachen van de Chapter-leden.Jouw profiel
je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in kwaliteitsborging, kwaliteitscontrole, testen en budgettaire planning; je hebt 3+ jaren relevante ervaring in het coördineren van QA-professionals, je bent een sterk leider, met aantoonbaar succes in teambuilding, inclusief P&L-verantwoordelijkheid; je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in het werken met teams die Agile-methodes toepassen; je beschikt over geavanceerde certificeringen in ISTQB of gelijkwaardig; dit is zeker een pluspunt; je combineert technische nieuwsgierigheid met een pragmatische en constructieve ingesteldheid, waardoor je vlot QA-praktijken aanleert; je kunt strategieën uitdenken en initiatieven implementeren om de teamprestaties te verbeteren en de afhankelijkheid te verminderen; je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling; je spreekt vloeiend Engels; Kennis van het Nederlands, Frans of het Duits is een pluspunt; je hebt uitstekende vaardigheden in stakeholdermanagement; je kunt onafhankelijk en in teamverband werken in een internationale omgeving; kennis van en ervaring in de energie- en/of nutssector is een nice-to-have.Aanbod
