Your challenges
As a Test Coordinator, you will support the company's transformation projects by ensuring the quality and reliability of insurance products and services through efficient testing processes. Working within the Transformation team, you will:
- Define the long-term vision for the test factory, including governance and methodology.
- Check the completeness of project requirements.
- Define and develop test strategies and scenarios.
- Coordinate test execution by external teams and prepare tests for automation.
- Implement standardized testing methodologies and processes across projects.
- Manage external testing professionals and oversee the development and execution of test strategies.
- Ensure high-quality standards are met for all deliverables.
The projects
As part of your role in the Transformation department, you'll work on multiple large-scale projects. Key elements of your involvement include:
- Project governance and methodologies
- Insurance industry-focused testing
- Collaboration with external testing teams
- Quality assurance automation
Your profile
We are looking for a Test Coordinator with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in test management or quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and automation.
- Familiarity with technical application landscapes, IT platforms, and software development lifecycle models.
- Basic knowledge of non-functional requirements and software architecture.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in French or Dutch, and English.
- Collaborative, adaptable, with an eye for detail and precision.
- Able to think outside the box and enjoy taking on new challenges.
