Smals realiseert innovatieve ICT-projecten in e-government en e-health voor instellingen uit de sociale zekerheid en de gezondheidszorg. Grensverleggende projecten zijn ons werkterrein: Student@Work, Orgadon, digitalisering van medische voorschriften, raadpleging van de historiek van je loopbaan, snellere doorstroming van testresultaten naar je huisarts... Als Test Coordinator bepaal, leid en beheer je de teststrategie en -planning volgens de ISTQB-methodologie. Tevens evalueer je de testactiviteiten. Je ontwikkelt het testplan en houdt dit in het oog met als doel de projectleider te informeren omtrent de evolutie van de verschillende fasen. Je streeft naar verbeteringsinitiatieven omtrent de testactiviteiten en volgt dit eveneens alert op. Dit doe je zowel richting test automation, als richting (niet-)functionele testen. Je gaat uit van je risico-evaluatie om een teststrategie te ontwikkelen. Hierbij bepaal je welk type van testen er dient uitgevoerd te worden alsook de volgorde en prioriteiten die de testers moeten volgen. In dit kader stel je eveneens heldere testverslagen op omtrent de uitgevoerde testen en de testresultaten. Je weet hierover gestructureerd te rapporteren. Dankzij je technische expertise kom je op technisch niveau tussen in het beheer van het testteam. Je helpt ook de teamleader om het persoonlijk ontwikkelingsplan van de testers te bepalen. Je ondersteunt de testers met als doel het team te laten groeien in hun opdrachten. Je hebt een masterdiploma en kan bogen op een relevante beroepservaring in een soortgelijke functie. Je beschikt over een goede algemene kennis van de informaticaprojecten en bent in het bijzonder vertrouwd met de testingwereld. Je hebt idealiter al opleidingen gevolgd in het kader van testing, test methodologieën (ISTQB) en Requirements Engineering (IREB). Je werkt methodisch, georganiseerd en gaat probleemoplossend aan de slag. Je bent in staat om prioriteiten te bepalen, het werk te organiseren binnen een team en verschillende personen te coördineren. Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en hecht belang aan een goede coaching.
