Smals réalise des projets ICT innovants dans l'e-gouvernement et l'e-santé pour les institutions de la sécurité sociale et des soins de santé. Les projets novateurs sont notre spécialité : Student@Work, Orgadon, digitalisation des prescriptions médicales, consultation de l'historique de la carrière, transmission plus rapide des résultats de test à son médecin... En tant que Security & Awareness Coordinator, vous jouez un rôle crucial dans la documentation et le suivi des actions convenues par l'équipe Sécurité de l'information avec les différentes équipes au sein de l'organisation, et vous organisez les cycles d'information chez Smals afin d'informer régulièrement tous les collaborateurs des menaces et mesures.
• Vous coordonnez les initiatives en matière de sécurité dans votre propre équipe et avec les autres équipes.
• Vous documentez les accords conclus relatifs à la sécurité de l'information et suivez leur exécution.
• Vous rendez compte de l'avancement des accords conclus au teamleader de l'équipe Sécurité de l'information et à la direction de Smals.
• Vous organisez les différentes activités de sensibilisation et de formation, y compris l'utilisation de l'outil d'awareness.
• Vous maintenez un canal de communication avec la communication interne pour les rapports sur la sécurité de l'information.
• Vous soutenez le processus de gestion des risques et de conformité pour la partie sécurité de l'information. Titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelor ou de master, vous faites valoir plusieurs années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire. Vous possédez une connaissance générale des systèmes et concepts ICT. Vous avez une affinité pour la sécurité de l'information et comprenez les risques liés aux cybermenaces. Communicatif, vous êtes capable de conclure des accords, de les documenter et d'en assurer le suivi. Vous êtes responsable, déterminé, persuasif et doté d'excellentes capacités d'organisation.
