Smals realiseert innovatieve ICT-projecten in e-government en e-health voor instellingen uit de sociale zekerheid en de gezondheidszorg. 'ICT for society' is voor Smals meer dan een slogan: alle projecten hebben een positieve maatschappelijke impact. Zo bouwt Smals mee aan het portaal van de sociale zekerheid en het eHealth-platform. Grensverleggende projecten zijn ons werkterrein: Student@Work, Orgadon, digitalisering van medische voorschriften, raadpleging van de historiek van je loopbaan, snellere doorstroming van testresultaten naar je huisarts... Als Security & Awareness Coordinator heb je een cruciale rol in het documenteren en opvolgen van de acties die het team informatieveiligheid afspreekt met de verschillende teams binnen de organisatie en organiseer je de informatiecycli binnen Smals om alle medewerkers op regelmatige basis te informeren over bedreigingen en maatregelen.
• Je coördineert de beveiligingsinitiatieven binnen het eigen team en met de andere teams.
• Je documenteert de gemaakte afspraken over informatieveiligheid en volgt de uitvoering ervan op.
• Je rapporteert over de voortgang van de gemaakte afspraken aan de team lead informatieveiligheid en aan de Smals-directie.
• Je organiseert de verschillende activiteiten rond bewustwording en opleiding, inclusief het gebruik van de awareness tool.
• Je onderhoudt een communicatiekanaal met interne communicatie voor de berichtgeving rond informatieveiligheid.
• Je ondersteunt het proces van risicobeheer en naleving voor het deel informatieveiligheid. Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma en hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke rol. Je hebt een algemene kennis van ICT-systemen en concepten. Je hebt affiniteit met informatieveiligheid en begrijpt de risico's van cyberdreigingen. Je kan vlot communiceren, je bent in staat om afspraken te maken, deze te documenteren en op te volgen. Het zijn jouw overtuigingskracht, jouw organisatievermogen, jouw vastberadenheid en jouw verantwoordelijkheidszin die we zoeken.
