We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Test Strategist to join our team at Atcon Global. As a Senior Test Strategist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our applications in large and complex projects & programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and aligning test strategy with the external implementer/integrator.
- Monitoring testing of the supplier and verifying that the test strategy is followed by the supplier.
- Preparing, executing, and coordinating SAT/SIT tests, including developing test scenarios, preparing test data, performing test scenarios, automating regression tests, and defect follow-up.
- Preparing, coordinating, and supervising UAT sessions, including training end-users on the new tool, introduction to testing approach and skills, etc.
- Defect and gate keeping follow-up, including monitoring progress of tests, reporting to project/program management, and representing the quality part in go-nogo meetings or checkpoints.
Requirements:
- Mastery's degree in technical or economic direction or equivalent through experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position, of which at least 3 years as a test coordinator within a complex project structure.
- Experience in guiding end-users in conducting tests.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in preparing and conducting functional and E2E tests.
- Experience in interpreting process flows and class diagrams, knowledge of BPMN and UML.
- Experience with using tools Jira, Azure DevOps, Sparx Enterprise Architect, and RobotFramework.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to challenge, and sufficient customer focus and flexibility.
