As HR Trainee , you will join a team that is

Key Responsibilities of the HR Trainee :
- Supports the smooth running of the Human
Resources Department, where all areas of responsibility are managed and
delivered to the highest levels - Follow-up
in our people administration and information - Support HR
team multiple projects - Day-to-day
transactions in our HR systems such as creating positions and requisitions - Manage the
recruitment for trainees and post ads in Harri for students & trainee - Organize
staff meetings/birthday gifts/Christmas gifts etc. - Assist the
managers on HR related responsibilities - Manage HR
communications to the employees - Responsible
for sending onboarding documents to candidates and the following up - Keep
employee's data such as contracts, onboarding documents, certification update
- Internship part of a school program
- Available for min. 6 months
- English + French mandatory, Dutch is a plus
