Global Integration Platform

We are seeking our future Lead Integration Platform & Services to develop and drive the global integration architecture and governance of Aliaxis’ Information System landscape.Based at our Brussels headquarters, this role also aims to oversee the roadmap for the global integration platform and to optimize its operations and services.Our ideal candidate possesses solid enterprise integration experience with SAP, ideally gained in a global matrix organization, along with strong stakeholder management and influential skills.Company description Aliaxis is a leading technology company that designs sustainable, easy to install, and innovative fluid management solutions. Over 15,000 people have selected to work for us in more than 40 countries, meeting our customers’ most demanding needs for pipes and fitting systems in building, infrastructure, industrial and agriculture sectors.As part of our commitment to sustainability, we are focused on increasing the percentage of recycled content in our products and reducing the carbon footprint of our manufacturing processes.We are looking for passionate people that want to be part of our journey and embrace the behaviors that we at Aliaxis stand forWe Dare to challenge the status quo, to innovate and to learn fast,We Care for the environment, our customers and each other,We Deliver by taking accountability for our decisions and actions.Aliaxis is privately owned, with its global headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.Job descriptionThe Global Integration Platform & Services Lead is accountable for:Solution Architecture and GovernanceDevelop, communicate and monitor the global strategy and the standards for integration across Aliaxis systems.Drive the creation and engagement of a cross-regional integration community to enhance the quality of services and deliverables.Product OwnershipDesign and operationalize the Global Integration Platform product roadmap, anticipating industry standard evolutions and internal customer needs.Services & OperationsMonitor integration work at global level to ensure agility and consistency in the application landscape.Ensure efficient and optimized delivery of integration platform operations and services, focusing on cost-effectiveness, SLA, and customer satisfaction.Coordinate planning and sequence integration dependencies based on integration work schedules.Requirements10+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions across various systems and domains.Strong field knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform / Integration Suite, and S/4 Hana.Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Platform as a Service (EiPaaS) and messaging standards/protocols.Proficiency in open architecture principles, standard integration mechanisms, and event-driven architecture.Experience with other integration tools/platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Azure) and EDI is a plus.Excellent stakeholder management and influential skills, effective with technical and functional stakeholders at all levels in the organization.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international matrix organization.Benefits We offer a unique opportunity to join a Belgian global company with a very international & collaborative culture that is transforming dynamically and that is committed to its future growth, service excellence and employee engagement.
