Quality Manager

Overview PM Group Benelux has a requirement for a Quality Manager to manage quality assurance and control functions for on a major hyperscale data center facility, ensuring all construction meets stringent industry standards and client specifications. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC management systemsOversee quality control across all construction phases and tradesManage inspection and testing protocols for MEP systemsEnsure compliance with Uptime Institute/ASHRAE/ISO standardsLead quality audits and non-conformance management processesCoordinate factory / site acceptance testingManage quality documentation, ITP development, and record keepingOversee material inspection, certification, and traceabilityLead quality meetings and interface with client quality representativesManage QA/QC team and coordinate with third-party inspectorsEnsure adherence to data center cleanliness and contamination controlSupport commissioning activities and witness testing protocols Qualifications 8+ years quality management in major construction/infrastructureExtensive knowledge of construction quality standards and codesExperience with data center or mission-critical facility projectsStrong understanding of MEP systems quality requirementsKnowledge of testing protocols for critical power and cooling systemsData center industry standards and contamination control knowledgeAdvanced quality management systems and audit capabilitiesTesting and inspection coordination experienceFluent English; local language skills advantageousStrong leadership and stakeholder management abilitiesWho we are?PM Group is an employee owned, international project delivery firm focused on growing a sustainable business centred around our people, our clients and trade partners.
