To accommodate our growth, Nipro EMEA is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager who is passionate, detail-oriented, and proactive to join us in our Operations team, based in our Mechelen office in Belgium. What you’ll do Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and optimize processes Develop and implement operational excellence strategies aligned with company objectives Lead and manage cross-functional projects to optimize operations Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization Track, analyze, and report on operational performance metrics Provide training and guidance to teams on Lean Six Sigma methodologies Identify and assess operational risks and develop mitigation plans Ensure compliance with ISO, JSOX, and regulatory requirements What you’ll need Proven experience in operational excellence and risk management Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (ideally black belt) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects Strong communication and training skills Experience in compliance with ISO, JSOX, and regulatory requirements Why you should apply Be part of a global leader in healthcare with a commitment to improving patient outcomes Work in a dynamic and growing company with opportunities for professional development Join a collaborative and supportive team environment Contribute to meaningful projects that drive operational excellence and sustainable growth
