About the role As a member of the Wellbeing team, you will be responsible for exceeding member expectations on a day-to-day basis, whilst ensuring the Wellbeing areas are running effectively and activities are promoted. As an Aspria Wellbeing Advisor you are passionate about Wellbeing/Fitness, flexible and willing to go the extra mile. In addition to that you will stand out because of your knowledge and enthusiasm about Wellbeing/Fitness and your ability to motivate and inspire people to reach their goals. Does this sound like you? Please read on to explore this opportunity in more detail Your responsibilities Full supervision of the Wellbeing area, including the collective class studios to provide a safe environment in which members can exercise.A major part of a Wellbeing Advisor's role is to ''be there'' keep members' company, correct contradicted exercise techniques, answer any questions and offer professional advice.Carry out inductions, including health questionnaire, program prescriptions and follow-ups. Sound understanding of club activities and events and promotionsTo maintain cleanliness of the Wellbeing area, collective class studio's and of the equipment to ensure the good functioning of all equipment Your background Currently studying for a degree or master in a sport related field. Fluent in French and English - another European language is an asset Flexible, shifts are between and we are open during the weekend Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer Oriented Great team spirit and energetic personality Ambitious, dynamic, proactive and autonomous What we offer you A full-time fixed-term 10 hours student contract for a replacement position as from the 18 th of OctoberAttractive remuneration packageWe offer annual performances reviews effected by your Manager in order to help you to reach your full potential and in order for you to growInternal and external trainingsA culturally diverse workplace with amazing colleagues from all around the globe with regular team and company eventsA centrally located workplace that is easily accessible by public transport
