We're currently looking for a **Membership Services Administrator** to help deliver an **exceptional member experience**.
You'll be ensuring professional support for our members by managing the administrative aspects essential to keeping membership running smoothly.
**Your responsibilities**
2. **Administration**: You will carry out administrative tasks such as record keeping, mail management, member data management, report preparation, invoicing/payment tracking and coordination of membership activities. You will also use IT tools to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of these processes.
3. **Internal communication**: You will be the essential link between team members and club members. You will relay important information about member satisfaction, special events and updates to team members, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
**Your Background**
- **Previous customer service experience**, ideally in the hospitality or fitness industry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to **build positive relationships** with members and the team
- Fluent in French and English (written and oral) any other language is a plus
- Good command of **IT tools**, including membership management and office software
- Ability to **multi-task, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail**:
